ATTITUDE FITNESS worldwide 12 week Triathlon Training Camp designed for beginner and intermediate athletes who would like to improve fitness and strength.


Would you like to become stronger on the bike, avoid running injuries or streamline your swim stroke? Our course can help you achieve your goals - your races will be a lot easier after completing our course!

This course is open to everyone, not just triathletes, anyone wanting to improve fitness and strength and make new friends is welcome!

Our course will be held in Leeds and Wetherby with bike rides taking in Leeds, Wetherby, Harrogate and York.

Fitness, run and ride workshops will meet at The Mansion, Mansion Lane. Leeds, LS8 2HH. 

Swim workshops will be held at

Wood Hall Spa, Trip Lane, Linton, Wetherby, LS22 4JA.
Payable in three easy installments, the first here when booking then two equal payments of £150 each via a paypal invoice.
