Service Description
Our mid week pick up, a one hour workout outdoors in Leeds 7. Its just £20 for four sessions, it's going to be a blast! All levels welcome, all abilities. Book your place and I'll forward the course location. We will meet at 6.40am so we can set up. If you have your own mat please feel free to bring it along, don't worry if not I have workout equipment, antibac wipes, spray and gel. Please make sure you purchase a ticket before arrival and complete the attached wellness form when you book. We will endeavour to train in all weathers (!) however if it gets too bad sessions will be held online.
